UNDER AGE TWO / FAMILY CONSIST OF: Parents and their dependent
children under the age of 18 (not included are grandparents, aunts,
uncles, friends , baby-sitters, etc.), they are all counted as
extra people and subject to the extra person charge.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations made in 2007 require initial deposit of $100 (non-refundable) with balance(*) due by January 15, 2008.
1 Bedroom: $250 ($150*)
2 Bedroom: $275 ($175*)
4 Bedroom: $450 ($350*)
Reservations made in 2007 require entire deposit due within 10 days of reservation. $100 of all 2008 reservation deposit is non-refundable and remainder of deposit only if the cabin is re-rented.

Our service
to you and other guests can be seriously compromised when you check in
early or leave late, please help us to continue to provide quality service
to all. Check in and out times are flexible on any other day of the week
during prime season. In the spring and fall, earlier check-in and later
check-out times are possible, if arrangements have been made in advance.
DAY VISITOR POLICY:
Your guests are welcome within reason. Our insurance only covers registered
guests, so day visitors are confined to the use of your cabin and picnic
area, and of course welcome to join us at campfire and enjoy the marshmallows
and popcorn. All common use items of the resort are for our registered
guests.
